I agree that OTDT may display the uploaded video and poster on its online platforms, social media sites, possibly use it as an advertisement for its communication about the TDK and innOtdk, and, in the case of the poster, print it and display it in the Finals of the I. innOtdk. I agree that after the first publication, OTDT and its media communication company may freely use the video and the poster until 31 December 2026. Thereafter, OTDT may not run it as an advertisement or upload it again to online channels, but OTDT will not be required to delete the uploaded content from online platforms thereafter.
