Pre-registration for the 38th OTDK is open in the new OTDT online system

Pre-registration has begun for the 38th National Student Research Conference, scheduled for spring 2027: With the latest update to the OTDT’s new online system, students now have access to the pre-registration platform, where they can upload their TDK papers presented at their institutional TDK conference and proposed for the 38th OTDK, as well as select the section that best suits them.

Please note that authors of papers proposed for the 38th OTDK will receive notification emails regarding the pre-registration option on an ongoing basis at varying times; they will have 30 days from the date of receipt of the email to upload their TDK papers to the system.

Before you begin the pre-registration process, we strongly recommend that you carefully review the General Call and the section calls for papers of the 38th OTDK, as well as the User Guide to the new OTDT online system.
